① Data subjects may exercise the following rights regarding their personal information at any time with BMon:

② The rights under paragraph 1 may be exercised in writing or via email according to the prescribed form under the Personal Information Protection Act, and BMon will act without delay.
③ If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information due to errors, BMon will not use or provide such information until the correction or deletion is completed.
④ The rights under paragraph 1 may be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent. In this case, a power of attorney must be submitted in accordance with the prescribed form.

5. Destruction of Personal Information
BMon will destroy personal information without delay once the processing purpose has been achieved. The procedures, deadlines, and methods of destruction are as follows:
- Destruction Procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database (or paper documents for physical copies) after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws before being destroyed.
- Destruction Deadline: If the retention period has expired, the personal information will be destroyed within five days from the expiration date. If the information is no longer needed, it will be destroyed within five days from the date it is deemed unnecessary.
- Destruction Method: Electronic files will be deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.
6. Measures for Ensuring Personal Information Security
In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, BMon implements the following technical, managerial, and physical measures to ensure the security of personal information:

Internal audits are conducted quarterly to ensure personal information security.

The number of personnel handling personal information is minimized and limited to designated individuals to ensure effective management.
③ Establishment and Implementation of Internal Management Plans
Internal management plans are established and implemented to ensure the secure processing of personal information.
④ Access Restriction to Personal Information
Access rights to databases containing personal information are granted, changed, or revoked to enforce access control. Unauthorized external access is prevented using an intrusion prevention system.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
① This privacy policy applies from the effective date. Any additions, deletions, or amendments due to changes in laws and policies will be announced seven days before enforcement through a notice.
